Saverio M. Flemma
President and Founder

Prior to his relocation to the Midwest in 2009, Saverio Flemma spent twenty-three years as an Investment Banker in New York with Chase Securities, Banc of America Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities. Saverio has completed over ninety M&A and capital raising assignments for a diverse group of companies and entrepreneurs. Saverio began his career in 1987 at Chase Securities and ultimately headed its Media & Entertainment industry M&A practice within the Investment Banking division.

Saverio has represented both multi-billion and middle-market companies including Walt Disney, CBS, Viacom, Time Warner, Cablevision Systems, Liberty Media, Comcast, American Media, Block Communications, Media General and Mediacom. In addition to his long-standing industry expertise in the Media & Entertainment sectors, Saverio has substantial experience in advising companies and raising capital in a broad range of industries.

Saverio has arranged acquisition financing associated with many of his buy-side advisory assignments including bridge and permanent financing. Saverio negotiates the terms and conditions including covenants of bank credit facilities, debt securities and private equity investments.
