In connection with sell-side engagements, we tailor the marketing process to maximize shareholder value which may include a broad or limited auction or a negotiated transaction with one corporate or financial buyer. In addition, we evaluate the financial capacity of potential buyers to ensure a timely and successful outcome.

With over twenty-five years of successful advisory and financing experience, Saverio negotiates, on behalf of his clients, the terms and conditions of purchase and sale agreements as well as the terms of any associated financing, as applicable.
